     Pasta Milano (Macaroni Grill)

6 oz butter
18 oz sun-dried tomatoes
12 oz sliced mushrooms
6 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
36 oz roasted garlic cream sauce
16 oz bow tie pasta (I just use whole box)
italian parsley sprig, if desired
diced cooked chicken

Cook the pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, saute butter, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms about a minute. Add the roasted garlic cream sauce and parmesan; heat thoroughly.
Remove pasta from water and drain. Add pasta to the saute pan and mix well. Add chicken. Garnish with parmesan cheese and Italian parsley sprig.
