     CRAB PUFFS

Ingredients
1 C. WATER
1 STICK BUTTER
1 C. FLOUR
4 EGGS
3 SCALLIONS, CHOPPED
1 TSP. DRY MUSTARD
1 (6 1/2 OZ.) CAN CRABMEAT
1 TSPN. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
 
1/2 C CHEDDAR CHEESE (GRATED)

Instructions
BRING WATER TO BOIL, ADD BUTTER, RETURN TO BOIL. ADD FLOUR ALL AT ONCE. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND BEAT IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME. ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS,MIXING WELL. DROP BY SPOONFULLS, ON COOKIE SHEET.
BAKE 400 DEGREES FOR 14 MIN. TURN OVEN DOWN TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE AN ADDITONAL 10 MINUTES.
