1 lb round steak, or 1 lb. browned ground beef

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

can of mushrooms, optional

egg noodles

1 cup sour cream

Instructions |
|
|
Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in slow cooker.
|
|
|
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or until beef is tender. If possible, stir occasionally.
|

Cook noodles according to package.
|
|
|
Serve sauce over noodles, or you can stir the noodles into the sauce to coat.
