Place flour and salt into food processor; pulse to mix. Add diced Crisco and butter. Pulse until coarse crumbs; add the ice water. Pulse just until mixture starts to clump.
Shape into 2 calls. Flatten each into a disk; wrap well. (I use a ziplock baggie) Refrigerate at least 1 hour. (Can be frozen up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator before using).
