In a large skillet, cook bacon till crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble. To the drippings, add the sirloin steak, onion, and garlic. Cook till meat is brown and both steak and onion are tender. Drain off all fat and stir in the greens along with the salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Make a sauce out of the crumbled bacon, the lemon and lime juices, sugar, and paprika. Serve with rice.
