14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 cup small pasta
3 tbs chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 tsp ground pepper
6 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat oil in lg saucepan olver high heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables start to soften, about 2 min
Add the broth, beans, tomatoes and pasta. Cover and bring to boil over high heat. Uncover the saucepan and cook umtil pasta is tender, about 10 min. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving
