Whip 4 to 6 eggs. Dip chicken in eggs, then roll in flour.
place vegetable oil in frying pan and heat. Fry the chicken in the
oil until golden brown. Place chicken in an oven safe pan with sides.

Sauce- in a pan, heat the soya sauce, water, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Bring to a full boil.
|
|
|
Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 F oven or
until chicken is thouroughly cooked.

|
You could also use chicken wings if you prefer.
