4 to 6 cups raw vegetables, i.e. peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, snow peas.
2 Tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
Sauce-
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup soya sauce
2 tsp oil
2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
Heat oil in wok for 1 to 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic then add cut up chicken to wok. Stir-fry till chicken is cooked. Remove chicken. Add vegetables to wok and stir-fry till partially cooked, 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken to mixture and stir-fry till warmed through. Serve over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
Sauce- Mix above together.
