     Sausage-N-Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
24 oz. whole white button mushrooms
8 oz. pkg of cream cheese ( softened )
1 lb sausage
 
Instructions
Remove stems and feathers from mushrooms and place them in boiling water for 3 mins, place on paper towel to dry and cool.
Brown sausage and drain thoroughly.
Mix softened cream cheese and sausage.
Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture and place in 350 degree oven for 20 mins.
