     Pumpkin Gingerbread

Ingredients
3 cupps sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
 
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsps baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
Combine sugar, oil and eggs. beat until smooth. Add water and beat until well blended. Stir in pumpkin, ginger, allspice, cinnamon and cloves. In separate bowl combine rest of the dry ingredients, add to pumpkin mixture and blend just until all ingerdients are mixed.
Pour batter into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees. until toothpick comes out clean, about 1 hr.
