Heat oven to 350 Lightly grease cookie sheet or Pam.
Mic white sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla til light and creamy.
Add Oatmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until mixture is smooth.
Flatten about 1 tablespoon of mixture in palm of hand, top with Carmal candy and bring mixture up on sides and top with extra mixture if necessary. Should be about the size of a golf ball.
