Instructions |

|
Cook the wild rice and cool it in the fridge.
|
|
|
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until the mixture emulsifies.

In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients and the dressing.

|
Chill and serve on its own, or on any kind of leafy lettuce you like.
