     Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
12 stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp salt
4 oz red cooking wine
3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
2 cloves garlic
pinch of red peppers
1 large can tomatoes
 
1/2 medium onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 disjointed fryer

Instructions
Dip chicken in flour-salt mixture, brown in olive oil. Add mushrooms and olives and wine, cook with lid for 25 minutes.
Lightly fry ground meats, draining off excess fat. Add rest of ingredients- cook sauce at least 1 hour slowly, without lid. Then add to chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve on rice or mashed potatoes
