Brown sausage and add next five ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Cook noodles/drain.
Beat eggs and remaining ingredients, except for the mozzerella cheese.
In a large baking dish, line 1/2 the noodles in bottom of dish, then layer 1/2 he cheese filling, then layer 1/2 the mozzerella chesse followed by 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
