     Lasagna

Ingredients
1lb italian sausage (Ensure gluten free)
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp whole basil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 lb can tomato
2 6oz can tomato paste
10 oz lasagna noodles (for gluten free,
use rice lasagna noodles)
2 eggs
 
3 c cream style cottage cheese/ ricotta
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb mozzerella, sliced thinly

Instructions
Brown sausage and add next five ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Cook noodles/drain.
Beat eggs and remaining ingredients, except for the mozzerella cheese.
In a large baking dish, line 1/2 the noodles in bottom of dish, then layer 1/2 he cheese filling, then layer 1/2 the mozzerella chesse followed by 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
