     Carol's Chocolate Sheath Cake

1 stick margarine
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup water
4 tbl cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter milk
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
While cake is baking prepare frosting
bring to a boil 4 tbl cocoa, 1 stick margarine, 6 tbl milk.
Add 1 box powdered sugar (sifted is easier to work with)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional
1.2 cup coconut (optional)

Place first four ingredients in cooking pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool cocoa mixture while you sift dry ingredients.
Add cocoa mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be very thin
Pour 15x10x1'greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be baked in two smaller pans equal in size. Spread topping on cake while cake is hot from the oven.
