Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter, egg and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls. On ungreased pan; flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
