Grease a 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Line with plastic wrap. In a 4 qt saucepan, combine all but marshmellows. Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes, stirring just until melted, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmellows. Pour into lined pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refigerate until firm. About 3 hours.
Invert fudge onto cutting board, remove wrap, turn fudge right side up, and cut into 36 pieces. If not serving right away, store into refrigerator.
