     Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup lentils
4 tsp Better than Bouillon
1/2 c baby carrots
2 cups kale, chopped
 

Instructions
Combine the first 3 ingredients with 4 cups of water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in kale, simmer for 5 minutes longer. Done!

3 servings -- per serving- 253 calories, 1 g fat (0 g saturated fat), 43 g carb (21 g fiber), 18 g protein
