Ingredients
1 pound of red beans
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 package of smoked sausage
 
Instructions
Open red bean bag and put them in a pot. Rinse them twice before preparing. Fill pot halfway with water with beans in the pot on a medium fire.
Dice the onion and garlic and put in the pot. Add your smoke sausage or pickled meat. Cook on medium fire for about 2 hours until creamy.
Serving Suggestions
This is great with a rice.
