     N 'n D Veggie Burger

Ingredients
1/3 cup black beans
1/3 cup lentils, cooked
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
MASH the first two ingredients. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Divide into 4 burgers. Cook over medium heat in a nonstick frying pan (or use a few spritzes of PAM) for 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
