     pasta with spinach sage walnut pesto

Ingredients
1x10 ounce bag baby spinach
1 cup walnut pieces
1 cup good parmesan cheese
12 sage leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup 34% cream
8 slices prosciutto
1 lb penne
salt and pepper
 
lemon juice
2 cloves garlic

Instructions
puree spinach olive oil walnuts parmesansage leaves salt and pepper till smooth. put cream in pan and add puree mixed - heat
med - high fry proscuiotto till crispy then drain
boil pasta then add sauce and top with prosciutto
