     Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
 
Topping-
4 Tbls margarine
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts

Instructions
Mix together shortening, 2 eggs,milk, 1 1/4 cups sugar. The add and mix the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well. Add 2 cups rhubarb with mixer Mix the topping ingregients and sprinkle on and press down into batter. Bake in 9 x 13 pan, 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
