Mix together shortening, 2 eggs,milk, 1 1/4 cups sugar. The add and mix the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well.
Add 2 cups rhubarb with mixer
Mix the topping ingregients and sprinkle on and press down into batter.
Bake in 9 x 13 pan, 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
