chicken breasts or chicken tenders (I like the tenders or i cut the breasts up into about 4 pieces)
1 or 2 bottles of catalina dressing
Instructions
put a thin layer of dressing in the bottom of a glass pyrex dish. put the chicken in and completely cover with dressing. i mean A LOT of dressing. Bake at 350 or so for about an hour. If you have time, the slower and lower you bake it the better, but i will say i have sped it up at 375 for 45 mins and it came out cooked, just not as tender.
serve over plain rice. we like it with broccoli on the side.
SOOOOOOOOO GOOD! Seriously, i have NEVER met anyone who didn't like it. Since it is bright orange, it's a good, festive halloween meal
Notes- (the Kraft brand changed their recipe a while back and i don't like it as much, but Kroger sells a California French that says if you like catalina, you'll love this and it is much better for this recipe)
