Half a bag of mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
Half a bag of frozen broccoli (not many stems)
Half a block of velveeta cheese
Onion to taste
Instructions
Throw onion and veggies in a pot into hot to boiling chicken broth. Steam/cook the veggies and onion. Salt and pepper or season as you wish. Once they are as crunchy or mushy as you want add cheese. That is it. So easy and so yummy. I also added mini shell pasta to mine this time. It was pretty good.
