2 chicken breast, sliced in half horizontally

1 tbls olive oil
|

3 cloves garlic
|

2 tbls balsamic vinegar
|

1/3 cup chicken broth
|
|
1 can of diced tomatoes (you can use fresh ones, but I'm lazy)

Instructions |
|
|
Put oil in pan and sear each side of the chicken (about 4 mins/side or until cooked), then take them out and put on the side
|
|
|
In the same chicken pan, add the rest of the indregients and let it reduce and then just pour over the chicken and serve!
