|
Beat egg whites till stiff and then add 1/4 cup sugar while still beating. Set aside

Boil sugar and karo to hard ball stage.
|
|
|
Pour sugar and karo mixture into stiff egg whites while beating continously.
|
|
|
Add vanilla and pecans. Continue beating until candy is no longer glossy. Then dip small spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool.
