     Bread Upma

Whole grain bread
1 onion
Half cup Tomato Puree
3 to 4 teaspoons of Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Take 4 or 5 slices of bread and heat them lightly and then break them into tiny pieces and keep them aside.
Put some oil in a pan,and add onions and stir fry till it becomes light brown.Then add salt,Garam masala and tomato puree and stir for 2 minutes.Then add the tomato puree and stir till the whole mixture becomes thick.
Quickly add the bread pieces and mix them for 5 minutes ,till they blend well with the mixture and become tender.
The Bread Upma is ready and you can always add yoghurt if you find it spicy or eat with ButterMilk.
