     Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 qt mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese
4 scallions chopped fine
1 T worcestershire sauce (to taste)
pinch of cayenne (to taste)
Nors Hollandaise sauce (for topping)
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and fill cleaned mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix hollandaise according to directions, pour over baked mushrooms and serve.
