     Vegan Breakfast Crepes

Ingredients
1/2 cup soymilk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup melted margarine
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl, then chill for 2 hours
Heat 5 to 6 inch greased skillet over medium heat
Scoop about 3 tablespoons of batter into skillet and swirl to spread the batter thinly over the skillet
Cook until golden brown then flip
Serving Suggestions
Take a crepe and fill with fruit, nuts, nut butters, oatmeal, honey, syrup, chocolate, or whatever you like
