225g Rich Tea biscuits

1 cup Sultanas

85g margarine
|

3 dessertspoons Cocoa
|

3 dessertspoons Caster Sugar

2 tablespoons Golden Syrup

170g Milk or Plain Chocolate
|
|
Swiss Roll tin greased
|
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Crush biscuits in bowl, add sultanas—keep in bowl.
Melt margarine, cocoa, syrup and sugar in pan.

Stir well, then add biscuits and sultanas. Mix well.
|
|
|
Put into greased tin and press down with hand.
|
|
|
Cover with melted chocolate and leave to set.
