     Shrimp Poppers

Ingredients
Contessa Frozen Shrimp, peeled (1 bag for 4-6 people)
1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. chopped parsley
1 T. honey
1 T. soy sauce
Pinch cayenne pepper
 

Instructions
Thaw shrimp in the bag. DO NOT DRAIN. Pour contents into large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in the amounts listed PER POUND OF SHRIMP BEING USED. Pour over the shrimp and toss to coat. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes until bright pink. Baste with pan juices and serve.
