Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a full boil over high heat. Remove frm heat and set aside for 20 minutes.
Return to heat and bring to a full rolling boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add liquid pectin and a few drops of food color. Stir to combine. Skim foam off top. Seal with heated lids and rings.
