In large pan, saute celery and onions in butter until tender. Add soups, milk, chicken, and cheese. Stir over medium heat until well mixed and bubbly. Pour over noodles and mix. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
I put this in two casserole dishes and freeze one for a later meal. I have also found that 30 minutes in adequate to bake if the mixture is hot from the stove.
