Mix all lightly - will be moist. Form into thick patties (makes 4-5 patties).

Heat non-stick pan - add olive oil. When oil smokes - put patties on. Turn heat down to keep it sizzling.
|
|
|
Outsides will get brown & crisp. Turn patties over - reduce heat. Warm buns.
|
|
|
Takes about 8-10 minutes per side for well done - let stand for a few minutes. They'll still be moist inside due to ingredients.
