     Ham Puffs

Ingredients
2 C finely chopped ham
2 Tbls minced onion
1 C finely shredded mozz
dijon mustard
2 pkgs crescent rolls
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients and add enough dijon mustard to make it moist. Do not add too much or it will make it runny.
Take 2 containers of crescent rolls, and roll them out. Squeeze two triangles together to make a square and then cut that sqare into four pieces. Take each of the pieces and place them into a mini muffin tin. Push the dough down in, doesn't have to be perfect, just make a little pocket. Then put about a 1/2 a spoonful of the mixture down in. You don't cover it with any dough. Then follow the directions on the crescent roll can for temp and time to bake.
