3 cups flour
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups powder sugar
2 eggs separated
2 tsp vanilla

Cut butter into flour with pastry blender, as for pie crust. Add sugar, egg white and vanilla. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Roll to about 1/4inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Brush egg yolk on top and decorate. Bake at 375 for 8-10 mins.
