     Fleish Kleuckle

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 lb hamburger
1 lb ground pork
1 onion
Garlic
 
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
Beat liquid well and add flour. Roll out (adding flour as needed) into 6-7 inch circle on floured surface
Mix hamburger, ground pork, onion, garlic, salt & pepper.
Put meat on circle of dough, fold over, and seal edges with plate. Deep fry until outside is golden brown and meat inside is cooked.
