     Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
Crust- 1/2 cup butter & 1/2 cup shortening
2 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 3/4 cups flour
Topping-
8 oz cream cheese
 
1/2 cup sugar
2 TBSP fruit juice (drain off canned fruit)
Fruit-
1 can pinapple (strained - save juice)
1 can mandarin oranges (strained - save juice)
2-3 bananas
Strawberries, blueberries, grapes, etc

Instructions
Mix butter, sugar, shortening, & eggs thoroughly and add cr tarter, salt, baking soda, & flour. Press into jelly roll pan and bake 8-10 min at 400 degrees. Let crust cool
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 TBSP of fruit juice. Spread on cooled crust.
Arrange fruit on crust. Cook remaining fruit juice with cornstarch until thick and pour over fruit. Refrigerate.
