     Chocolate Sheet Cake

1 1/4 cups butter or margerine
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1- 14oz Eagle Brand Milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. In smal saucepan, melt 1 cup butter, stir in 1/4 cup cocoa then water. Bring to boil, remove from heat. In large bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add cocoa mixture and beat well. Stir in 1/3 cup Eagle Brand, eggs and vanilla.
Pour in a greased 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes or until top springs back lightly when touched. In small saucepan melt remaining 1/4 cup butter. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and Eagle Brand. Stir in powdered sugar and nuts. Spread on warm cake.
