Instructions |

|
|
Place apples in a large bowl.
Break eggs over apples and mix.
Add sugar, nuts, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla.

In separate bowl, sift flour, salt, and baking soda together.
Add to apple mixture and mix.
Pour batter into sprayed 9x13 pan.

|
|
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
