     Hashbrown Bake

Ingredients
1/2 bag for hashbrowns
3 tablespoons of melted butter
Mrs. Dash orignial seasoning
1/2 cup chopped ham
1 cup shredded marble cheese
4 - 5 chopped sundried tomatoes
3 - chopped green onion tops (greens)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup light cream or half and half
 
pinch of salt
dash of pepper

Instructions
While oven is preheating to 425. Spread 1/2 bag of frozen hashbrowns in a 8 x 10 baking dish. Brush melted butter over the hashbrowns then season with Mrs. Dash. Bake in oven for approx 20 mins.
While hashbrowns are browning, prepare your ham, cheese, tomatoes, green onion and set aside. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper.
Once hashbrowns are finished, remove from oven and reduce heat to 350. Spread ham, cheese, tomatoes, green onion over the hashbrowns, pour egg mixture over entire dish. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fresh fruit. (wedged oranges, 1/2 strawberrys and a few blueberries.
