1/4 cup dried parsley (or 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 large cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice
8 tsp. dried basil
1/3 cup chopped olives
3/4 lb. pasta
Instructions
Drain tuna and put oil in a measuring cup.
Add salad oil to make 1/2 cup. (If tuna is packed in water, drain
and use 1/2 cup salad oil)
Combine oil, parsley, garlic, cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice,
basil, and olives in a large mixing bowl.
Break up tuna into chunks with a fork and add oil mixture.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Heat tuna mixture (don't cook).
Toss over pasta.
Put extra cheese on top.
