Melt bakers choc. over stove with one stick butter, cool but don't let harden. Mix together and beat well, one stick soft butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Don't overbeat. Add vanilla, flour, pecans and mix well. Pour in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
