Brown chicken breasts in skillet with butter over medium heat until tender and cooked through (about 20 minutes). Remove.
Stir flour into skillet. Add broth and half and half. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in mustard. Add chicken. Cover and heat for 10 minutes.
