Pound pork to tenderize, cut into 1 inch squares. Marinate in (5) (combine all items with the 5 infront of it) for at least 3 hours.

Cut green pepper into halves, remove seeds and membranes, cut into 1 inch squares.

|
Heat oil. Coat each piece of pork in (7)(combine all items with 7 infront of it). Fry pork until brown and done (about 2 min) take out, reheat oil then fry once more until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Add pineapple and green peppers to the meet and serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce on the side or poured over the top.
