1 Spaghetti Squash
1/2 cup onions
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic (or to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Saute vegetables (onions, peppers, garlic) in 1 tablespoon olive oil until desired firmness. Add to squash. Add the additional tablespoon olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
If 4 cups of squash, the total calories is 620. 1 cup per serving is 155 calories.
