|
Make or buy a loaf of gluten free french bread. I make a loaf from the Glutino french bread mix and have a slice or two hot for dinner and save the rest for bread pudding. Chop the bread into large squares and place in medium size baking dish.

Drizzle with melted butter.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
*You can use real milk, but I use soy. Whisk together until completely blended and pour over bread. Push bread down so it soaks up mixture.

Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bread springs back when pressed and the mixture is firm. Serve warm with whipped cream or sauce of choice.
