Mamak's Cheesecake

Ingredients

-	2 8-oz packages cream cheese
-	2 eggs
-	1 pint sour cream
-	1 c sugar
-	1 t vanilla
-	18 graham cracker squares
-	1/4 c sugar
-	6 T melted butter


Instructions


Prepare springform pan. Wrap pan on outside with double layer of aluminum foil. Heat oven to 350.


Crush (or grind in food processor) graham crackers. Mix together with sugar and melted butter. Pat into springform pan pushing some part way up sides of pan.


Beat cream cheese, sour cream, eggs and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour into prepared springform pan.


Bake 15 min at 350, then reduce heat to 300 and bake for 60 min or until set. Let cool completely before serving.


Serving Suggestions

Top with fresh fruit if desired.
