Combine chicken broth, mustard, thyme and pepper in saucepan. Simmer over low-medium heat approximately 5 minutes.
Add flounder filets and continue to cook approximately 6 minutes until fish is cooked through. Add capers.
Serve flounder immediately and top with dijon caper sauce.
