Combine Salsa Verde, Cream Cheese, Cilantro, Cream and Monterey Jack to create sauce.
Heat oil on medium. Cook tortillas til bubble (10 sec) blot oil on papertowel. Fill with filling (add a little of the sauce to the filling). Roll.
Put a small amount of sauce on bottom of pan, place rolled enchiladas into pan, cover with sauce, top with Monterey Jack and bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes. Allow to cool.
